In-House Recruiter

2Excel Engineering Ltd ( is a successful maintenance and repair organisation based in Lasham. Our sister company 2Excel Aviation Ltd is an aviation company specialising in doing difficult things well, based in Sywell and Doncaster.  Whilst two very different companies, they share the same aim; to grow.  The HR Team supports both companies and we’re seeking a full time In-House Recruiter to join our small but busy team, where recruitment is high on the agenda. 

We want to showcase ourselves as an Employer of Choice, attracting the very best candidates to fill our vacancies and giving them a great experience from the very first moment they contact us.  You will take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, from beginning to end including but not limited to, placing adverts, headhunting, contacting candidates, organising recruitment days, attending career fairs and supporting managers to conduct interviews.  You will be tasked with ensuring whatever recruitment solution you select for each vacancy represents best value for money.  

You will already have experience in an in-house recruiting role and you will have extensive experience of using and evaluating different recruitment methods.  You will be a confident communicator, both verbal and written, and be able to build positive working relationships with our managers. You will have the ability to understand the differing, and sometimes complex, recruitment issues experienced by our managers.  You will have a solutions focussed attitude and a creative ability to help make us stand out from the crowd.

Due to the geographical spread of the Company, you will be required to travel regularly between our sites to carry out your role and therefore a driving license is essential.  We’d be happy to hear from candidates who live within commuting distance of either Sywell, Doncaster or Lasham.
