Customer Account Manager

Lasham, Hampshire

Full-time, permanent 

2Excel Engineering are recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join our established team at Lasham, Hampshire.

Candidates should ideally have worked in an aviation (preferably an MRO) setting.

The post holder will be required to build and maintain close relationships with our customers through regular contact including customer visits, conference calls and via email correspondence. Attention to detail is essential as it the ability to provide accurate information and act as liaison between our key clients and 2Excel staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer service levels are maintained.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Conducting regular telephone and face to face meetings as required
  • Liaise between Operations and customer teams for operational and commercial queries
  • Identify new customer opportunities
  • Carry out key account contract reviews, support invoicing queries and ensure profitability is maintained


The successful applicant will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Ideally have worked in an aviation MRO setting or similar
  • Be IT literate and competent in using MS Office
  • Have exceptional communication skills
  • Be highly organised and able to work manage own workload
